DESTINATION HOLIDAYS PTY. LTD. (ABN 064 907 900 - Licence No. 31885 - Registered Office, #1/157 Main Street, Croydon, Victoria, 3136) herein referred to as the Company, advise that we represent the organizers of these tours, and act solely as booking agents.

The Company does not own any of the transportation companies, hotels or other operators of services included in the tour. The
Company provides all transportation, accommodation and other services solely as agents of the owners and/or operators of the
aircraft, ships, launches, motor vehicles, Railways, hotels or other accommodation facilities, restaurants and other services included
in the tour. All of the transportation, facilities and/or services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the owners or operators. The Company does not accept liability for any
accident, injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularities that may be caused to persons or property during the tour, and will not be
liable for any loss, delay or irregularity resulting from the alteration to schedules, or cancellation of, or failure to operate, services, on the part of any transportation company.

The Company offers the tour on the basis of schedules and facilities current at the time of printing the brochure and advises that these may be changed.

The Company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary as a consequence of events over which they have no control, or in any way necessary to protect the interests of tour members. Where this happens, tour members will be advised and given the opportunity to cancel without penalty. The right is reserved to cancel the tour, in which event deposit and any other monies paid in respect of the booking will be refunded. This will be the only liability accepted by the Company for such cancellation or where
an event occurs which makes the tour inoperable.

The endorsement of the airlines on the tour brochure relates solely to participation as air carriers and does not incur any liability other
than such liability from carriage on aircraft, where they are named as carriers on the flight coupon of the air ticket. Such liability is subject to the terms and conditions of contract shown in the
air ticket.

GROUP DEPARTURES
Prices are based on special group airfares, which require 20 people travelling together for a Tour Conductor. Should numbers fall below these levels, Destination Holidays reserves the right to
charge a penalty fee and tours will be locally hosted by our experienced local representatives in each area.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS
Deposit of $200 per person is required at time of booking. Final payment required 45 days prior to departure.

LATE BOOKING FEE
For bookings made between 15 and 5 business days prior to departure, a special handling fee of $20.00 will be assessed for expedition of documents and communications.

PACKAGE PRICES INCLUDE -
1. Class of air travel as requested an/or available by scheduled airlines.
2. Accommodation on twin share basis or as indicated with private facilities and, where necessary and available, air-
conditioning.
3. Meals included are indicated on the Quote/Invoice. Those marked in itineraries, (Meals in flight are marked with an
asterisk) and are shown for your information only, as they are subject to alteration where flight schedules change. (Note: Meals indicated in itineraries are subject to change without
notice and may vary according to hotel utilised).
4. Hotel service charges and taxes. Unless otherwise indicated.
5. Sightseeing tours by coach and launch as specified, with English speaking guides and entrance fees. Unless indicated.
6. First class rail and bus travel.
7. Transfers between airports, railway stations and hotels, including porterage of one suitcase per person. (If requested)
8. Tours groups will be escorted subject to a minimum of 20 adult passengers travelling together.

9. Travel wallet and helpful notes.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE -
Passport and visa fees. Lunch and dinners not specified in brochure or invoice. Optional tours. Beverages (alcoholic or otherwise). Laundry. Airport taxes. Excess baggage. All other
items of a personal nature.

BAGGAGE - Your baggage allowance, is 20 kilos (44 lbs).

NOTE: Porterage for one suitcase only per person is included in price.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You will need a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), and International Health Card if travelling to yellow fever areas. Please see your local Travel Medical specialist for full details. Visas are required for several of the countries and are the sole responsibility of the individual. Full details will be supplied on receipt of your
deposit.

PLEASE NOTE
Our itineraries are based on airline schedules, rail and launch timetables current at the date of preparation of Itinerary/Quote. Where these change, it may be necessary to amend the tour to
accommodate revised days of operation, as on several of the sectors included services do not operate on a daily basis. Where this occurs, we will endeavour to include all of the sightseeing and other features shown, subject to the constraints of the revised scheduling. Details will be notified at the time of booking and as these events occur.

All tour prices are based on airfares and exchange rates current at the date of printing/quoting. Prices guaranteed for 72hours and/or full payment received. Where airfares increase or currency rates change, you will have to pay the differences in tour/package price
involved.

WARNING:
South America is a unique Continent. It is not ruled by timetables and tight schedules. We have chosen well-located hotels (Depending on class/standard requested). In a few places the
accommodation may not be up to International standard but will be the best available, (remember by the time Deluxe style hotels come to some of these areas most of the uniqueness of the area
will have disappeared). If you require 24-hour room service,"plastic" American style hotels every night, hotel shopping arcades and a few buildings to photograph please choose another
destination. If you would like to see the real South America we welcome you to our world “Latin America”.

DOCTORS CERTIFICATE
Destination Holidays recommends a health certificate from each person travelling to South America indicating that he/she is fit to travel to high altitudes. (Mainly for insurance purposes)

CANCELLATIONS
Should you cancel, fees are levied by the operator on the following scale, based on time before departure.
More than 3 months - 50% of deposit
3 months to 35 days - 100% of deposit
35 days to 14 days - 50% of tour cost
14 days prior to departure No refund*

*There will be no refund for unused services, package features or accommodations after travel begins.

After initial booking any changes and/or amendments will incur a $25 administration fee.

These amounts are additional to any fees levied by airlines. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds after departure.

INSURANCE
Insurance is available covering loss of deposit, cancellation fees, baggage, medical expenses, loss of credit cards or travellers cheques. Your agent or Destination Holidays will give full details at the time of booking.
